She resides in Mutumbi, Meanwood Phase Three.
Police Public Relations Officer Rae Hamoonga stated that officers warned and cautioned Chikondi for producing obscene material, contrary to Section 177 of Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia. Investigators retrieved the device used to record the video, which experts are examining to assess the video’s circulation.
Police followed standard procedures by charging and detaining Chikondi. However, they later released her on police bond. She is expected to appear in court soon.
Mr. Hamoonga urged the public to avoid sharing or distributing obscene content, warning that doing so is a criminal offence. He emphasized the need for responsible social media use to protect public morality and decency.
